Passport/Aadhaar Card, Driving license/ International Driving Permit (in case of a non-resident of India). If the Customer does not present the above documents, in original, at the time of obtaining delivery of the Vehicle, the Car Owner shall be entitled to refuse the delivery of the Vehicle and cancel this Agreement. In such an event, 50% of the amount paid by the Customer shall be forfeited by the Car Owner, subject to a minimum of one day's rental.

Security Deposit

A Refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 5000 will be collected from the customer for daily bookings.

A refundable security deposit equivalent to 15 days rent would be collected for a single month's booking.

Refundable Security Deposit equivalent to a months rent would be collected for multiple months booking.

The same will be refunded on the 5th day, after the vehicle is returned, to an account in the name of the customer only. In case of any damage to the vehicle, the cost of damage will be deducted from the security deposit amount subject to terms of the Agreement. The balance amount will be refunded once the damage repair work has been completed.

Delivery /Collection

The vehicle must be returned at the location from which it was picked up/hired.

Doorstep Delivery

We offer convenient doorstep delivery and pickup services to make your rental experience as seamless as possible.

Service Fee: A flat fee of ₹500 per way applies for distances up to 20 kms. (Total of ₹1000 for a round-trip delivery and pickup).

Fuel & Mileage: Fuel consumption is calculated from garage to garage. However, your rental mileage limit begins only once the vehicle reaches your delivery location.

Scheduling: We partner with external driver agencies for logistics. To ensure your plans stay on track, we suggest requesting a delivery time slightly ahead of your departure to buffer against city traffic.

Alternative Options: To provide you with more flexibility, guests are also welcome to book their own driver for pickup/drop-off through apps like DriveU or Drivers4Me.

Included KMs

Based on the package type selected at the time of booking, the customer shall be provided free kilometers. For daily bookings, the km limit would be 250 kms per day and for monthly bookings the km limit would be 2000 kms.

Extra KM Rate

Every km travelled during the booking over and above the free kilometers shall attract fixed extra kilometer charge of Rs. 11 per km. In case of extension and late return, the customer shall get additional free kilometers calculated on the basis on booking package type and duration of extended/late return period.

Fuel

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as it was received. In the event that the fuel levelis lower at the time of return, the customer will incur a charge for the shortfall in fuel. Additionally, if the vehicle runs out of fuel and is unable to continue due to insufficient fuel, an additional refueling charge of Rs. 1500 will be applied. Please note that in case of doorstep delivery, the fuel is calculated from garage to garage.

Returning vehicle late

In the event of a late return, late return charges shall be applicable as below.

No charges would be applicable up to 1 hour of late return i.e. the customer will be allowed leverage of 1 hour for returning the Vehicle.Upto 3 hours post the threshold time of 1 hour: Half day's rental will be chargeable.

If the vehicle is delayed for more than 4 hours, the customer will be billed for an additional day.

In the event that a subsequent booking is to be canceled as a result of a late return, there will be a 50% surcharge in addition to the actual rental amount.

No show

In case of no-show, no amount will be refunded to the Customer.

Vehicle Damage

All damage charges are to be paid by Customer. The assessment of damage made by the Car Owner will be final.

Outstation

When traveling out of state, it is always important to stop at RTO check post to pay the government applicable tax. Cost/penalties pertaining to such interstate tax, toll or any other govt. levied tax will be borne by the Customer directly

Cleanliness, Smoking, carrying pets in car

Car Owner does not allow the Vehicle to be used to smoking, carry pets, goods or any other object which can annihilate the upholstery/any of the Vehicles. In such event, the Customer will have to bear the cost of cleaning/repairs.

Extension of Booking and Payment Obligation

In the event that the Customer extends the booking beyond the original reservation period, all charges applicable to the additional days shall be payable in full at the time of requesting or confirming the extension. Such payments shall not be deducted from or adjusted against the Security Deposit, which will continue to be held separately in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
