    Worst experience of my life, booked the car on the basis of it having android auto which the rentrip agent and dealer both promised us it would have android auto and driven less than 30k kms but i was driven around 60k in a very bad condition extremely dirty had almost zero petrol and the dealer left us hanging at our pickup time of about 12 am

    Sorry for the convenience. Let me make you clear that the dealer timing is from 5 AM to 11 PM, and there is no service provided at 12 AM, you arrived late to pickup the car at 12 AM, still the car was made available, and a minimum of Rs.500-1000/- is provided at the time of pickup which is applicable for all guests. Still vehicle was provided as per your requirement, you have to fill the petrol nearest to airport but as per the location checked, you driven it far away from the airport and petrol pump, that's not our concern.
