Hello sir! If you were unsatisfied with the terms and conditions , you should not have picked up the vehicle at the pickup time. you damaged the vehicle and the estimated repair cost was almost Rs. 3000/- , which you were not able to pay, so we were compelled to deduct Rs.1000/-.

Pathetic experience was mine and was clearly stated to customer while bike drop off.

1. Did not return bike in the same condition. Bike was extremely dirty when returning.
2.customer has taken bike to some Holi festival, there was abir color everywhere inside out , I had to get my bike deep cleaned after return.
3. There was Color inside the helmet too, It was very dirty while returning.
4. Bike developed strange self problem, Had to get a new battery.
5. Customer used more petrol then he filled in tank. Did not pay the fees of extra petrol, returned the bike with 200 rupees less petrol.
6. Asked the customer for bike washing fees as the bike was very dirty and not in the same condition from pickup.

7. Customer was very irresponsive and not communicating.

8. Customer did not pay any of the extra fees asked by me.

Mr.Hitesh I m not ur sarvent, I running this business past 5 years everyone costumers pick and drop bike to my location. I was ask u ,my wife sick and my child alone in my home but I prefer only ur comfortable and u drop bike 1.5 hour late but I not take late charge, u should thankful to me but u blemming me, I don't want ur type Customer in future

Rented Tvs jupiter for 2 months. Very worst experience. Vehicles are in very worst condition. Break wire cut while driving. Engine belt got cut while driving. The shop owner is a cheap money minded guy. While asking about the issues, Ill treating us with no proper response and no respect as well. Don't go for renting vehicles to him if you willing to have quality rides. I surrendered the vehicle with that issues. He promising to another customer for that same vehicle as newly serviced. Very cheap.

Dear Chandran,
I gave you the vehicle in a very good condition and when you returned after 2months with 6000 plus KMS.
Definitely the vehicle has to be serviced for this usage, when you were called for servicing you have told you have work and unable to come.
I never guaranteed next Customer as your returned vehicle was serviced, kindly learn honesty and your FAKE REVIEW will not affect my business.
Nowhere you can get a reimbursement without proper bill and intimation.
Be honest for yourself, happy day.

The vehicle stoped working in small village suddenly there were no mechanic shop nearby we have to bring the mechanic from another town on our other bike and repair the bike it costed us 600/- rupees. So i rated 1 star worst day and experience. Plz look into it

You didn't only exceed the daily KM limit you also took Scooty to Ajanta Caves which we don't allow so 1000/- was not fine of exceeding km limit it was penalty for taking bike to Ajanta cave without intimation.

Hi Shubham, we apologise for the inconvenience caused, but no amount is deducted without any cause. The speedometers get damaged due to impulsive fatigues on the vehicle by any possible reasons during the drive, thus it comes under the customer's radar.
