Both the bike and the dealer are extremely reliable. The dealer disturbed his sleep to provide the bike at a time earlier than what's permitted on the portal. While returning, the bike had extra petrol, which I wanted him to utilize as me saying thanks for his cooperation. But, being the gentleman he is, he actually paid for it. Also, by mistake, I had the delivery time scheduled earlier, and spoke to him about it. He agreed for the correct 48 hours delivery time, without a fuss. This is my second time dealing with this dealer, and we have become more of friends now. He had so many chances to legitimately decline my requests, but he went above and beyond. Other people dealing with customers should take a leaf from his book.

When I booked the two wheeler, I was worried about it's condition but in my whole booking period I didn't face any problem. Dealer was very cooperative, I had to rush to get the train so I was not able to drop the scooty at his location so dealer sent someone to pick the scooty from railway station. I paid extra for that but his cooperation helped me a lot and I didn't miss my train because of him.
